Join our online classes! Created exclusively for women, especially those struggling with menopausal weight gain, our online classes are geared to improve stamina, muscle strength and flexibility whilst constantly burning stomach fat. The sessions run for an hour every week day from Monday – Thursday and include dance aerobics, free weight training, power yoga, abs workouts, breathing and relaxation.
