Class Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Natya Aerobics!

By attending online classes or pre recorded classes you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the attached waiver.

Waiver of liability
  1. I recognise that these activities may at times be strenuous.

  2. By participation in any of these activities I am present in, to my knowledge I am physically fit.

  3. I know I have the right to choose what exercises I do or do not do in addition to withdrawing from any exercise at any time.

  4. The muscles and cardiovascular conditioning program through the Natya Aerobics Fitness program involves cardio workout, stretching, strengthening and yoga. During this and after exercise there exists a potential for muscle soreness and stiffness, and abnormal blood pressure. I assume all the forgoing risks and accept personal responsibility for any damages or other injuries I may suffer.

  5. It is my responsibility to ascertain that there is no medical reason to prevent my participation.

  6. I assume full risk for any injuries which I may incur and waive any claim that I might have at any time for injury of any sort against Pushpanjali Dance CompanY

Terms & Conditions
  • All classes must be prepaid.

  • Classes are non transferable and non refundable.

  • Mobile phones are not permitted in group programming or privates.

  • Out of consideration for the trainer and other members, and also for your own safety, please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be able to train.

  • Classes require 8 or more people in order to take place
