This workout was videoed during the Zoom Online class that I run from Monday to Thursday every week....


Join me every Friday from 6:30am to 7:30 am for a relaxing and rejuvenating session of yoga on Zoom Online. This session is exclusively for women, especially menopausal women struggling with menopausal weight gain. Suitable for beginners level 🧘‍♂️

Intermediate level mixed group yoga se is held every Saturday from 7:30am to 8:30am

Get a Total Body Stretch With Natya Aerobics Dancercise & Shakti Yoga....


It is very important to be active and exercise regularly, but please listen to your body and do only what your body allows you to do. . Here are few points that you have to be mindful of,

1) Engaging your core muscles proper by squeezing the tummy tight

2)Pressing your back and spine into the floor and not having any gap between the floor and your spine

3) Proper use of breath. You have breath in as you take your arms and legs down, and breath out as you raise them.

4) If you feel any discomfort in your back, you have to stop doing this exercise.

5). Most importantly, please consult your doctor before doing any exercise
