Women’s Only Zoom online Fitness classes that happens every from Monday to Thursday

From 6:30am to 7:30am GMT(UK Time Zone)

The classes are exclusively for women, especially for those of you struggling with menopausal /post-partum weight gain and suitable for all abilities...

The Natya Aerobics and Natya Shakti Yoga workouts are geared to improve your stamina, muscle strength and flexibility while constantly burning belly fat. The sessions will include dance aerobics, free weight training, power yoga, abs workout, breathing and relaxation.

If you are menopausal, frustrated with the weight gain, particularly around your midriff and trying to lose weight and get fit, then these classes will definitely help you.

The classes will be for an hour from Monday to Thursday every week. You could sign up for either a week, 4weeks, 12 weeks or just join the drop-in session, depending on your schedule and convenience.
