If you are struggling with weight gain due to menopause, diabetes, postpartum weight or because of being stuck at home during Covid, then come along and join the Natya Aerobics fitness classes for women.

Natya Aerobics Online Fitness Classes for Women has a holistic approach towards health and wellbeing with every session having combination of various exercises including

- Dance aerobics

- Free weights training,

- Yoga,

- Abs workout,

- Breathing exercises

- Tips on healthy living.

Each course is for 10 weeks

Spring term commences on Monday 4th April

Day - Monday to Thursday every week

Time - 6:30am to 7:30am GMT

Suitable for all abilities

A typical class includes

• Warm ups

• Cardio workout

• Weights training

• Abs workout

• Stretch & Tone with Yoga

All you need for the classes are comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, weights (dumbells or if you dont have dumbells 1 or 2 litre water bottles), ankle weights (optional)

and 2 comfortable cushions.
