One of the best ways of keeping ourselves motivated is to set little challenges for yourselves and work towards them. This way we constantly keep improving our fitness levels and there is something to work towards , rather than working aimlessly. Itโ€™s also a good idea to maintain a log book where you enter your physical activities daily, whether you go for a walk or do some Yoga or Pilates. Also enter the challenge that you set for yourself and log it every time you work on it. Have a column on the right hand side to enter your comments everyday. When you reach your goal, and you check your book, you will be amazed at how you far you have come in your journey. ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ’•
