First of all let me congratulate you for taking a step towards getting fitter and healthier.


I know the misery that women go through during menopause, and how frustrating it is when you see the weight creeping up on you inspite of all your efforts trying to shed the weight. I've been there myself and gone through hell, but I have now found a way of tackling and overcoming these issues, which I would like to share with you, and I would like to help as many of you as possible with the exercise programme. It has worked for and I am sure it’ll work for you as well. The best way to deal with this, according to me, is to exercise and watch what you eat.


I conduct Zoom online Natya Aerobics and Natya Shakti Yoga classes exclusively for women. The workouts are geared to improve your stamina, muscle strength and flexibility while constantly burning belly fat. The sessions will include dance aerobics, free weight training, power yoga, abs workout, breathing and relaxation.


I have been doing these workouts every week from Monday to Thursday with my sister in India and sister in law and Dubai for the past 10 months. It’s been an amazing experience and we love it. We look forward to working out together and I am very pleased to say that my sister in law has lost 16 kgs since she started this programme. Because of its success, I’ve decided to offer to other women as well.


Each course will run for 12 weeks, but it will be an ongoing programme. The sessions will run for an hour every week day from Monday to Thursday.
