Medium difficulty: suitable for beginners & advanced Join our 10 week online 'Shape Up' course designed exclusively for women, especially those struggling with menopausal weight gain. The workouts are geared to improve your stamina, muscle strength and flexibility whilst constantly burning stomach fat. The sessions include dance aerobics, free weight training, power yoga, abs workout, breathing and relaxation. Availability These sessions run for an hour every Monday-Thursday at 06:30am - 07:30am (GMT). Our full course is 10 weeks long with a total of 40 sessions.
